A spin off our beloved Lobster BLT served in our Cafe, this week’s #toastytuesday is taking us back to summer days. Try either the Basil Pesto Aioli or our new Farmhouse Mayo – they are equally delicious.
Lobster & Avocado BLT Toast
- 1 slice bread, toasted (try Brioche – just like in our Cafe!)
- 1 Tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen Basil Pesto Aioli or Farmhouse Mayo
- 2 ounces great-quality thick-sliced bacon (about 2 slices), cooked
- Fresh arugula
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 ounce cooked fresh Maine lobster meat
- Spread Basil Pesto Aioli or Farmhouse Mayo on toast.
- Layer bacon, arugula, tomatoes, avocado and lobster.
