Ooey, gooey, cheesy goodness – it’s grilled cheese time! April is National Grilled Cheese Month, so we’re finding delicious ways to enjoy this classic all month long.
A childhood favorite meets grown-up flavor in these delectable sandwiches. We’ve yet to find a combination we don’t enjoy. From Mexican to Italian, and sweet to savory we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Meet the lineup:
Mexican Grilled Cheese Sandwich – Avocado and Mild Tomato Salsa are mashed together and spread on peasant bread. Then comes the thinly sliced tomato, applewood smoked bacon and sliced Monterey Jack cheese. Muy Bueno!
Raspberry and Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich – Our Red Raspberry Jam melted together with creamy Brie, sandwiched between toasted whole grain bread.
Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwich – Need we say more? Chopped lobster meat lightly tossed with Farmhouse Mayo and scallions, toasted on crusty sourdough bread with slices of Gruyère.
Savory Grilled Cheese Sandwich – Tart Granny Smith apples combine with smoky Maple Bacon Onion Jam, Black Forest ham and sharp cheddar cheese in melted perfection.
Caprese Grilled Cheese Sandwich – A Cafe favorite! Crusty Italian bread spread with Basil Pesto Aioli and topped with sliced tomato, sliced fresh mozzarella and fresh basil leaves.
Grilled Pastrami and Cheese Sandwich – Thinly sliced pastrami sandwiched between Swiss cheese and Caramelized Onion Mustard and grilled to perfection on light rye bread.
